Locate your email header information, sometimes required to trouble shoot an email issue.

• Open the Email in its own Window
• Click on the file ribbon tab (see 1 below)

• Click on properties (see 2 below)

• Select the entire text in the internet header information box (see 3 below) and copy this information (CTRL + C) and paste this text into the body of a new email and sent to me for analyses
