Microsoft Exchange Server vulnerability

The media is beginning to quite heavily report about a vulnerability in "Microsoft Outlook".

As far as I am aware this is in reference to the mass successful infiltrations of a previously unknown vulnerability in servers that are running Microsoft Exchange Server "on premise". An "on premise" server is a Microsoft exchange server installed at your own site.

This issue does not have anything to do with Microsoft Outlook on the PC that you use to access your email.

Office 365 is "exchange server" *online* and isn't affected to my knowledge. From a digitalwelcomemat IT support perspective this concern only applies to only one of my customers and I have contacted that customer already.
